At LODWorkwear, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
